Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made 7 or more days before the event date will receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event will result in the forfeiture of the holding deposit. All cancellations must be submitted in writing. Parents and guardians are fully responsible for the supervision and safety of their children and all minor guests at all times during the event. Our performers are professional entertainers, not babysitters, and a parent or responsible adult must remain present throughout the entire performance. By booking our services, you acknowledge that Kelowna Princess Parties and its performers are not liable for any injuries, slips, trips, falls, or incidents that occur during the event — including contact between children and our performers. While we carry general liability insurance, responsibility for maintaining a safe environment and supervising all children remains solely with the parent or event host. By submitting the booking form, you confirm that you have read and agree to all of the above policies.
